We want to make everyone’s experience on the NAWCC Message Board a pleasant one. To do this we have created a set of rules that we ask all of our guests and members to follow when using the message board. Please click on the link below to view the rules.
We realize that the new message board interface has features and functions that are new to all users. To ease the transition we have created a set of instructions for moving around the message board and for using some of the new features. Due to the encryption technique used in the old message board software we were unable to convert your password over to the new message board. We are sorry for this inconvenience. You will have to request a new password before you can login and begin posting. Click the link below for a complete step-by-step description of this procedure.
The avatars that you used on the old message board were not able to be moved to the new message board because some of those avatars are the property of Groupee, the old message board software company. If you own your avatar you may use it on the new message board. The size limit for avatars is 80 pixels x 80 pixels. When you upload your avatar it will be resized to the maximum size limit if it is too large. We have also made some avatars available here.
To use one of the free avatars click on one of the links below. When you find an avatar that you like right click on your mouse button. When the menu pops up select “Save picture as” to save the image to your computer. Make sure to remember where you saved it. Go to the message board “User Area” and select ”Edit Avatar.” When the new screen opens you will be asked to upload a file or supply the URL for your avatar. If you select upload then press the “Browse” button and locate the avatar file on your computer. When you have selected the file click on the “Add” button. If your picture is oversize please allow your computer time to upload the file and to resize it.
